I will be taking advanced orders for my hand made Christmas cakes from now till Mid November.
I have 4 choices of cake
- Mixed fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries and dried apple in a uniquely spiced mix. Covered in marzipan and either soft or royal icing.
- Vegan fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries and dried apple in a uniquely spiced vegan cake mix. Covered in Renshaw marzipan and soft icing. This cake is also suitable for anyone with dairy and egg allergies.
- Deluxe fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries, dried cranberries, dried apricot, flaked almonds and dried apple in a uniquely spiced mix. Fed with brandy and then covered in marzipan and either soft or royal icing.
- Deluxe Vegan fruit cake which has sultanas, raisins, mixed peel, glace cherries, dried cranberries, dried apricot, flaked almonds and dried apple in a uniquely spiced mix. Fed with brandy and then covered in Renshaw marzipan and soft icing. This cake is also suitable for anyone with dairy and egg allergies.
