Well you know yesterday was just one of those days.
I managed a vanilla sponge that looked like a Yorkshire pudding (ended up in the bin) I’m on weight watchers so can’t eat my mistakes as, then ran out of ingredients so trip to the shops. And to top off I broke an icing figure in half I had been making for 2 days ARRG!l. So after making extra cake yesterday. I’m now re making my figure, is a good job I left plenty of time or would have been a very early start or late night.
We have a very busy couple of weeks with special birthday sculpted cakes and wedding cakes coming up but could do with a few more orders in September, then we will be taking orders for Christmas cakes and chocolate logs. seems very early as we sit here in the sun but we do like our feed my cakes for t least a month just so they are extra special for Christmas.
