This two tiered book cake was made this week in between coming back from holiday and my lovely business partner being in a car crash in her newly acquired car, ( she bought just over three weeks ago). Poor Jo is devastated.
However between hospital visits, baby sitting and jet lag we still produced this Salted caramel and Lemon two tier book cake with hand sculpted toppers for a very special gentleman. I hope he had a fantastic surprise party.
